Return & Exchange Policy – ASAS Store

To benefit from return, exchange, and warranty services, the original invoice must be presented. All products are eligible for return or exchange except stickers, electronic devices, software, digital games, and prepaid cards, unless a clear manufacturing defect is present. The item must be in the same condition as when purchased, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns are accepted within 3 days, and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Promotional items associated with a returned product must also be returned in their original condition; otherwise, their value will be deducted from the refunded amount. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, except for purchases made using partner vouchers or installment services, which will be refunded as ASAS store credit.

Payments made through third-party service providers are subject to their own terms and conditions. The customer must provide the payment receipt along with the invoice in cases where the provider allows refunds.

Return, exchange, and warranty services are valid only within the country where the product was purchased. Maintenance service fees are non-refundable.

For Online Purchases:

Receiving the shipment from the courier is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the outer packaging (box) is intact, in good condition, and unopened at the time of delivery. The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of receipt.

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and all other international shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of returns or non-acceptance, unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Please note that some products may not be eligible for return or exchange if opened or used, unless a clear manufacturing defect is proven.

Cases of misuse, physical damage, breakage, exposure to unsuitable conditions (e.g., water exposure for non-water-resistant items), or unauthorized repairs are excluded from warranty coverage.

Custom Laser-Engraved Products:

Products that are custom engraved or written on using laser at the customer"s request are considered final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged after engraving, even if unused.

If a product is returned incomplete or damaged due to poor packaging, ASAS reserves the right to reject the request or deduct a portion of the refund to cover the damage.

If an order is shipped and the customer refuses to accept it without a valid reason (such as a manufacturing defect or incorrect item), the shipping fees (both ways) and payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Some accessories, such as game controllers (PlayStation, Xbox, etc.), are covered under a short-term warranty of 10 days from the date of receipt.

Instant Replacement for Devices with Manufacturing Defects:

ASAS provides instant replacement for devices with non-software-related manufacturing defects within 3 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

The device must be free of scratches or signs of misuse.

The original box, all accessories, and user manuals must be returned.

A certified report from the authorized service provider may be required before replacement.

Instant replacement does not apply to devices that have been activated, logged into, or had their settings modified, unless the defect is visibly confirmed and technically proven.

Refunds for Personal Reasons:

In cases of return due to personal reasons (such as change of mind or refusal to receive the order), ASAS reserves the right to deduct payment processing fees charged by banks or payment gateways. This will be clearl

"In the event that any purchase is identified or flagged as a fraudulent or suspicious transaction by the website"s verification systems—prior to the shipment or delivery of the order to the customer—the website reserves the right to cancel the transaction immediately.

In such cases, the amount will be refunded to the original cardholder minus all administrative and transaction fees incurred by the electronic payment gateway, as these are non-refundable operational costs.
